Get the app!
Either scan the QR square from the flyer given by your doctor (image of the marketing card) or go to your app store and download "Mychirotown"."

Synchronize your app
Once the app is downloaded put in your doctors unique ID code.

Create Your Account
Follow the on screen prompts within your app to create your new account
